Dr. Changhe Qiao, who obtained his Ph. D in Computational Mathematics from Penn State in 2015, is currently a principal research scientist at GeoScale Inc, an oil and energy company aimed to provide comprehensive technology-enabled solutions for exploration and production challenges in deepwater and shale environments. Changhe’s main role and responsibilities in this company is anticipating, planning, directing and implementing the practical steps for software development in the area of geoscience modeling.
